Come and experience the tastes and smells of our baked goods made from scratch.  When you step up to the counter it is right inside our bakery. Everything is in sight. Watch Tom shape bread, drop(form) cookies, listen to the mixers and treat your senses to the taste, texture, and smell of "fresh from the oven". You are never too late for lunch at the bakery! We now serve a daily special as well as the great soups and sandwichs you've come to expect.   Take home a little of Bishop Hill. Our homemade granola, breads, muffins, cookies, baby cakes, pies or specialty Swedish items are a great way to rekindle the memories made in our little "Utopia on the Prairie".
